Slow Man Tofu is David Parker, doing equal parts entirely familiar and entirely unique, if I had to hazard a guess.
Poster made using Adobe Illustrator, some fonts I downloaded online (namely one I stumbled onto from one of the developers at house house game studios), and using a public domain image sourced from Flickr called "security patterns".
