I currently do freelance work as an audio engineer; a sound tech for live performances (working solo if it is a simple set up or as an assistant/part of a team for more involved set ups); a livestream technician handling video and audio operations for live concerts and events; and as a composer and sound artist.
I have a Certificate in Music Technology from Camosun College and The Victoria Conservatory of Music (2022), and spent two years doing academic and professional upgrading through the University of Victoria's Computer Science and Music degree program (2023-2025). I've also been volunteering as a live sound technician and video/livestream operator for CFUV campus radio for the past four years.
Currently seeking mentorship and hands-on learning opportunities in the community to expand my experience as a live sound technician and videographer.
I also have 20 years experience as a musician, writing and performing original music as a solo act and in bands, as well as self-producing multiple albums within the last 10 years.
