There goes the grandfather of German electronic music, founder of T Dream, Cluster, industrial noise, ambient soundscapes, LOUD performance, cassette culkture mailings as tours, and the first to abandon record labels for cd-r only direct from the artist, before webpages existed let alone ipods. 100+ releases. Meaner and tougher than Lou Reed's metal music, unflintching noise artist found in record collections globally among anyone who works in electronic music. Inpsired Skinny Puppy, SPK, Einst�rzende Neubauten, Cabaret Voltaire, etc. Remember that leather biker suit with mask and the the loudspeaker bolted to his helmet? Sent the audience fleeing. Industrial machines through subwoofers and birds in farm fields. That's Conny. Maybe Logan's will let me open mike for him tonight.
