| Mr. Hell User Info... | As a guy who plays in 3 bands on Vancouver Island, I will let you in on a secret that will help you get more responses from VI bands about booking shows for mainland bands...GIVE A RECIPROCATING SHOW. I have lost count of how many times Vancouver bands ask for help on the island then feel there is no need to return the favor in Vancouver or it's outlying areas. This kind of thing creates less co-operation down the road. Now perhaps you are offering such a deal but weren't clear about that. Maybe you got a show via other avenues and if so, good on you.
